How do I know what AMCAT score cut-offs to apply for which profile?

There are two ways to do it. The easy way is to simply select the job profile and salary-range from a given list on the Talent Search page. Based on the selected profile and our knowledge of working with numerous companies, we will automatically set the right cut-offs on different AMCAT module scores for you. This is the recommended way. The other way is to refer to the 'Score Interpretation' section on the Talent Search page. It shall explain to you the meaning of scores and guide you how to pick modules and cut-offs for a given profile.

What are the different kinds of credits in Talent Search?

There are three kinds of credits in Talent Search - Credits for reachouts, those to download contacts and those for job posts. Each candidate you send a mail or SMS to will deduct one reachout credit from your account. With each download credit, you can either view a candidates' details on the portal or download the details of one candidate where as each job post credit can be used to post a job.

Is this a free service?

Yes, you can use Talent Search for free. The good news is that you will have access to all features of Talent Search including candidate details, scores and the ability to reach out to candidates. However, there is a monthly limit on the number of candidates you can contact. If you want to contact more candidates, you have to pay a modest fee.
